Fees

All  consulting services are based on the following fee structure:

– 15 minute initial phone consultation No Cost (see Contact)
– Hourly (without retainer) $150/hour (one hour minimum)
– Retainer: 5 hours $650 ($130/hour)
– Retainer: 10 hours $1150 ($115/hour)

Note:
Payment in full is due at time of service. Retainers are paid in advance and replenished when unused balance is $250, in order to retain discounted rate. When services are completed, any unused hours on retainer will be refunded.

healthEase is a private pay service and is not covered by Medicare or other insurance plans.

Within these diverse services, please understand that I do not:

– Provide direct medical care or medical advice
– Make medical decisions
– Administer medications
